The Wood Brothers

One’s a southern soul singer/guitarist. The other founded the NYC based, jazz trio Medeski Martin & Wood. Together these brothers collaborate to form a guitar/bass duo that adapts the folk, bluegrass and roots-rock music they loved as kids into their own countrified blues sound. Twining their voices in harmony as only siblings can do, they’ll swing and soar on musical impulse that is part blood, part influence.
