Persephone

The avant-garde visionary Robert Wilson has brought his dreamlike play Persephone back to the John Drew Theater at Guild Hall. Directed by Wilson, with music by Philip Glass and Gioacchino Rossini, Persephone is a breathtaking visual feast brought to life by seven actors/dancers. It tells the story of Persephone, Greek goddess of the underworld.
