The John Drew Theater at Guild Hall presents Anne Jackson and Eli Walach in Love Letters by A.R. Gurney. Tracing the lifelong correspondence of a staid, dutiful lawyer Andrew Makepeace Ladd III and the exciting, unstable Melissa Gardner, the play is the story of the bittersweet relationship that gradually unfolds from what is written, and what is left unsaid, in their letters.
