Cocktail

Written by local author Hortense Carpentier, Cocktail a short one-act comedy, finds Clorinda, a timid woman in her mid-thirties and Maurice, a copywriter who aspires to be a playwright, sharing a brief encounter at a cocktail party that they both desperately don’t want to attend. The only thing stranger than their conversation is Clorinda’s career as a phrenologist.
