A Tribute to Lukas Foss

The Music Festival of the Hamptons concludes on July 30 with a gala concert co-sponsored by Guild Hall, honoring Music Director and Guild Hall Academy of the Arts Lifetime Achievement Honoree Lukas Foss. It includes performances of Rober Schumann’s Piano Quintet in E-Flat, OP.44; Mr Foss’ own Thirteen Ways of Looking at Blackbird, with the composer/honoree at the piano, The Elegy for Anne Frank by Lukas Foss, and The Kaiser Waltzer by Johann Strauss featuring The Festival Artists and conducted by Maestro Foss.
