Almost
Heaven: Songs of John Denver is a theatrical production that celebrates
the life of John Denver and his music. The show features many of
Denver’s most popular songs, including “Rocky Mountain High,” “Sunshine
on My Shoulders,” “Annie’s Song,” “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” and
“Leaving on a Jet Plane”. The show also weaves together Denver’s songs
to create a narrative that reflects on the country during the time he
wrote them and the events in his life.
