Youth violence and drug use are two topical, headline-grabbing issues refracted through the unique imaginations of playwrights Joseph Jomo Pierre (Born Ready) and David S. Craig (Smokescreen), whose critically acclaimed one-act plays are presented together for the first time under the banner title Risk Life. Each play is a frank and honest theatrical take on the seductiveness of guns or drugs – and the consequences of their use.
