The Weir

A modern-day ghost story by Conor McPherson, The Weir is set in a pub in rural Ireland, where several men are enjoying a typical evening when a young woman comes in. On hearing that she has taken residence in the local “haunted house,” they attempt to impress her by swapping spooky stories. Tables turn quickly, however, when the young woman begins to spin her own eerie yarn. Tim Ross directs.
