Presented as part of 42nd Street Moon’s celebration of the Richard Rodgers Centennial, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Pipe Dream follows a homeless girl taken in by the kind-hearted madam of the Bear Flag Cafe (a house of ill repute.)
