Phil Vassar’s latest CD, a career-spanning collection of 15 songs, paints a complete portrait of the artist–singer, songwriter, entertainer…father, son, guy next door. Nothing but Top 10 songs fill the album and nearly half of them made the trip all the way to Number One. "Carlene" got things rolling in 1999.
