Gray’s Anatomy

Set in the American heartland of the late 1800s, Gray’s Anatomy centers on a young doctor named Galen P. Gray who is in the midst of experiencing a crisis of faith. Inexplicably prone to fainting at the sight of blood, Galen doubts his abilities as a healer and sets out on a journey to find his true purpose in life–a quest that leads him to a small Midwestern town, also named Gray. The townspeople quickly warm to Galen when he miraculously saves the life of one of their own, a young woman named June who, once saved, quickly becomes his shadow. But when a mysterious disease wreaks havoc upon the community, Galen is blamed for the outbreak and quickly becomes the target of intense persecution and intolerance.
