Benefactors

In Benefactors, an idealistic and determined couple tackles social ills and takes on lost causes, including a less idealistic and less determined couple. When the hapless neighbors finally succumb to the pressure, it ignites a chain reaction that not only pits charity against condescension, but mechanistic packaging against human community, and creation against destruction.
