The Neighborhood Playhouse of Palos Verdes Estates is pleased to announce casting for the second offering of its Fall Play Reading series: The Weir by Conor McPherson.

Connor McPherson’s Olivier Award winning drama The Weir is a funny and chilling spin on the modern ghost story, in which nothing is what it appears, and the matters of the heart that haunt us most: A rainy night. A pub in rural Dublin. A strange female visitor. The local men weave tales of the supernatural in an attempt to impress. However, the tables are soon turned when the visitor spins a yarn of her own.
