Los Angeles City College closes its fall season with The Basic Training of Pavlo Hummel, the New York Drama Desk and Obie Award-winning drama written by David Rabe. It is the first play written in the playwright’s Vietnam War trilogy. The story is composed of scenes depicting the death of the emotionally stunted and mentally disturbed title character.
