Real estate agent Chuck Baker has elected to sell a difficult, emotional house – one with plenty of charm but unfortunately only one bathroom. His most solid prospect is Martha Tucker, a recent arrival to the Golden State, a woman with a discerning eye who is only worried that “something wrong” has happened in the house.
