Featuring a book and lyrics by Eric Idle and music by Idle and John Du Prez, Monty Python’s Spamalot tells the legendary tale of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table and their quest for the Holy Grail, complete with lusty maidens, dancing divas, a killer rabbit, and a legless knight. The show made its Broadway debut in 2005, earning three Tony Awards, including the award for Best Musical.
Monty Python’s Spamalot stars Christian Slater as Sir Galahad, Merle Dandridge as the Lady of the Lake, Warwick Davis as Patsy, Jesse Tyler Ferguson as Sir Robin, Eric Idle as the Historian, and Craig Robinson as King Arthur. B.T. McNicholl will direct. Todd Ellison conducts, and Scott Taylor choreographs.
