Let’s Have it Both Ways

Let’s Have it Both Ways is an original collaborative bi-lingual Japanese-English performance. The one-week Hands Across The Sea workshop and cultural exchange intensive brings visiting members of Tokyo’s Model Language Studio (MLS), the Playhouse’s sister company in Japan, together with local students of all ages who work together in a week-long theatre, music and movement workshop to develop an original performance piece that will be performed in a public presentation on the final day of the session. During the course of the workshop, students from both countries also make new friends and learn about the language and culture of another country.
