Hanjo/Left to Tell

Raw, physical, erotic, harrowing, and transcendent. RedSoil Theater Company performs two haunting stories from Japan and Rwanda, Yukio Mishima’s Hanjo and an adaptation of Immaculée Ilibagiza’s book Left to Tell. Hanjo/Left to Tell marks RedSoil Theater Company’s debut production and will be performed as apart of the 2012 Hollywood Fringe Festival at the Fringe Blackbox at NOTE. Performed with unique theatricality that reveals truth through beautiful blend of words and movement, Hanjo/Left to Tell tells the stories of two women, one who waits for her lover and another for her killer.
