About This Show

Traditional family values challenged by upstart youth… sound familiar? Fathers and Sons, based on Ivan Turgenev’s novel written over a century ago, shows us that the “generation gap” is nothing new. An original adaptation written for Circle X Theatre Co. by one of its original company members, Brian Senter, the play is an intense and sweeping story of a young man’s struggle to keep his radical ideal separate from the realities of love, family and friendship.
