2025 Mental Health Association of Alameda County Presents The Waiting Period

Join us for a night out with Brian Copeland. Brian is an award-winning actor, comedian, author, playwright, television and radio talk show host based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

“THE WAITING PERIOD”

This show is an unrelenting look at a ten-day period in Copeland’s life—the mandatory ten-day waiting period before he could lay his hands on the newly purchased gun with which he planned to take his own life.

The Mental Health Association of Alameda County has been providing services to people with mental health conditions and their family members since 1958.  Please join us for this important event.  All proceeds will support the work of the agency.
