About the Show

Formed 14 years ago, the Road One South Band has been a staple in the music scene around the Prescott area ever since. The band is known for its high energy shows, original music and Acker Night performances where we collect record donations each year while incorporating aspiring young performers in our shows. Road One South puts a new spin on classic blues songs along with captivating original material. We are excited for this opportunity to perform on the Elks Stage and have many surprises in store for the evening. Brad Newman, well known to Presottonians for his songs, stories, wit and community service, is our special guest performer. Local podcaster, comedian and ‘all around nice guy,’ Matt Santos will MC the show.

All of us are supporting the Granite Mountain Interagency Hotshot Crew Learning and Tribute Center by highlighting its mission to preserve the memory of the 19 Heroes we lost in 2013. Remember, a portion of the ticket proceeds goes to maintaining the Tribute Center and its important work. Sponsorships are available to support the Center. An opportunity to meet with some of the Tribute Center volunteers and donate directly will be available at the show. The Center will also be selling merchandise in the lobby and have information available on other ways to support keeping the memory of the Brave 19 alive.
