Daniel Abeles will now play the role of Greg in Philadelphia Theatre Company's production for Neil LaBute's reasons to be pretty, to run May 25-June 24 at the Suzanne Roberts Theatre. The production, which will open officially on May 30, will be directed by Maria Mileaf. Abeles replaces the previously announced James McMenamin.

The show focuses on the aftermath of an off-hand remark, which disrupts the lives of two young couples.

The cast also features Paul Felder (Kent), Genevieve Perrier (Steph), and Elizabeth Stanley (Carly).

The creative team includes Vince Mountain (sets), David Lander (lights), Janus Stefanowicz (costumes), and Bart Fasbender (sound).

Abeles has been featured in New York at Theatre for the New City in Squealer, Atlantic Theatre Company in Ethan Coen's Offices, and Too Much Too Soon at Lesser America, of which he is a founding member.
