Meet Justin Bartha, Elizabeth Reaser, and the Stars of Permission
Alex Timbers directs Robert Askins' latest play.
The stars and creative team of Permission, a new play from Hand to God scribe Robert Askins, met the press at their rehearsal studio on April 3. Directed by Alex Timbers, the show runs from April 29-June 7 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre.
Leading the company are Justin Bartha (The Hangover) and Elizabeth Reaser (The Money Shot), alongside Nicole Lowrance (Peter and the Starcatcher), Talene Monahon (The Seagull), and Lucas Near-Verbrugghe (Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson).
The play follows Eric and Cyndy, who have decided to follow the lead of their friends Zach and Shelley and make Christian Domestic Discipline the foundation of their marriage. But restructuring their lives and their union upends everything they knew about each other.
