Abingdon Theatre Company will produce the off-Broadway premiere of the new musical Every Wednesday Night, running March 23, 2027-April 25, 2027, at the Sam at the Flea Theater.
Music and lyrics are by Jon D’Agostino and Michael August and the book is by Jon D’Agostino, with additional book materials by Max Mondi. Chad Austin, producing artistic director of Abingdon, directs.
This pop/rock musical takes place at Escondido’s, where karaoke happens every Wednesday night, and Jon and a quirky group of regulars gather each week to escape their mundanity.
