
Ben Brown’s Three Days in May will receive its West End premiere at Trafalgar Studios, beginning on October 31, according to Whatsonstage.com. The production, which is part of a national tour, is directed by Alan Strachan.
The play takes place during three of the most pivotal days during the early days of World War II when Prime Minister Winston Churchill tries to persuade peace treaty supporters, including Neville Chamberlain, that Britain must not give in to Hitler’s demands.
The play stars Warren Clarke as Winston Churchill, Jeremy Clyde as Lord Halifax, Robert Demeger as Neville Chamberlain, James Alper as Jock Colville, Dicken Ashworth as Arthur Greenwood, Timothy Knightley as Paul Reynaud, Paul Ridley as General Dill, and Michael Sheldon as Clement Attlee.
