Terms and Conditions for Direct Sold Advertising Campaigns
All email and website advertising assets must be received 7 days before the date which the campaign is scheduled to begin. A 10% rush fee may be applied for any assets that are received 7 days or less prior to the scheduled start date. Failure to meet delivery dates for email blasts may result in losing the scheduled mail date. Artwork and assets must be delivered per TheaterMania specifications as noted on our spec sheets or provided by TheaterMania's Ad Ops team directly. Should your artwork need modifications, there may be an additional fee.
Specific campaign pricing is based on 2020 advertising rates and is reflected on individual campaign agreements which may include exceptions. Accredited advertising agencies may hold back a 15% agency fee from the gross campaign costs. Once a campaign agreement is signed, the pricing agreement is considered final. Advertisers will be issued an invoice with payment instructions upon signing the campaign agreement. A 1.5% fee will be assessed each month on all balances 60 days past due.
Cancellation requests must be received 15 days prior to the campaign start date or a full charge will be incurred.
Affiliate Deal Terms and Procedures
Affiliate partners must be able to provide links that contain UTMs or another form of tracking so that information including click throughs, number of orders and tickets purchased and order value are recorded as attributable to theatermania.com. This reporting must be shared with TheaterMania no later than one week after the conclusion of the campaign, at which point we will issue an invoice to you. We welcome more frequent reporting during the course of the campaign so we can tweak the advertising placements to focus on those that are performing the best. A 1.5% fee will be assessed each month on all balances 60 days past due.

AudienceView Campaign Manager (Self-Serve Advertising Tool)
AudienceView is pleased to offer a new self service advertising tool called AudienceView Campaign Manager (AVCM). AVCM is built using technology developed by a company called Dan Ads. This tool communicates directly with our ad serving tool, Google Ad Manager, so we can give users access to real time information.
How It Works
In brief, accredited advertisers will create an account with AVCM and once approved, will be able to create campaigns through the self service tool for ads to run on Theatermania.com. Advertisers will be able to make audience selections, upload criteria, choose campaign details such as audience size, advertising positions, unit sizes, selection criteria, date range and budgets. The campaign is then submitted for approval and once approved will begin running. Advertisers must pay for these campaigns using a credit card which will be charged the campaign fee in full, but then credited back any adjustments at the end of the campaign.
Confidentiality Policy
No information included in the campaign agreements, including pricing, dates, performance and product information can be shared with any third party unless required to perform the obligations under the campaign agreement, as required by applicable law and/or has become public knowledge through no fault of the receiving party. Sharing information about our campaign agreements with outside organizations is expressly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
You grant TheaterMania a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display the materials and content provided under the campaign agreement, affiliate program and/or AVCM. TheaterMania will use such content pursuant to its guidelines and practices. You confirm that you own or have licensed all applicable rights, title and interest to such content and you will indemnify and defend TheaterMania and its affiliated and parent companies in connection with any claims, liabilities or losses arising in connection therewith.
Applicable Law: You agree that you will comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of our services. TheaterMania may immediately terminate your campaigns and/or use of our services if you do not comply with applicable laws or your assets contain inappropriate or profane material. All campaign agreements and your use of our services will be governed by the laws in force in the State of New York and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The parties agree and consent that jurisdiction and venue of all matters relating to the campaign agreement shall vest exclusively in courts located in New York City, New York.
