The politically themed musical comedy gears up for another run in Arlington, Virginia.
Rehearsals have begun for The Fix, an inside-Washington musical satire by John Dempsey and Dana Rowe, gearing up for a return engagement at Arlington, Virginia's Signature Theatre where the show had its American premiere in 1998. Signature Theatre Artistic Director Eric Schaeffer directs.
The cast will feature Mark Evans (The Book of Mormon) as Cal Chandler, Christine Sherrill (Mamma Mia!) as Violet Chandler, Bobby Smith (Simply Sondheim) as Senator Reed Chandler, Lawrence Redmond as Grahame Chandler, Stephen Gregory Smith (Elmer Gantry) as Peter Hale, Tracy Lynn Olivera (Company) as Leslie Pynchon, Rachel Zampelli (Brother Russia) as Tina McCoy, and Jessica Lauren Ball (Elmer Gantry) as Deborah Pullman. Matt Conner, Mark Chandler, Jordan DeBona, Jamie Eacker, Maria Egler, Will Gartshore, Nick Lehan, Dan Manning, Christopher Mueller, Nickolas Vaughan, and Caroline Wolfson round out the company.
Performances will run August 11-September 20.
