On Monday, August 27, Signature Theatre Company’s world-premiere production of Sam Shepard’s Heartless opened at the Pershing Square Signature Center where it will play through September 30.

Opening night guests included Leon Addison Brown, Jonathan Cake, Ritchie Coster, Halley Feiffer, Bill Heck, Maggie Lacey, Sherie Rene Scott, Miriam Shor, Joey Slotnick, Martha Stewart, and Julia Stiles.

Jenny Bacon, Gary Cole, Betty Gilpin, Julianne Nicholson, and Lois Smith star in the work, which finds dark secrets revealed when a mysterious visitor arrives at a woman’s cavernous Los Angeles home.
