Actor David Henrie celebrated his 21st birthday on Sunday, July 11 by attending a performance of Las Vegas’ Jersey Boys at the Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino. Following the show, he went backstage to congratulate the cast on their performance.
Jersey Boys, which is written by Academy Award-winner Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, with music by Bob Gaudio and lyrics by Bob Crewe, tells the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, and includes dozens of their popular hits. The current cast includes Deven May (Tommy DeVito), Jeff Leibow (Nick Massi), Peter Saide (Bob Gaudio), and Travis Cloer and Rick Faugno (who alternate as Frankie Valli).
Over the weekend, Henrie also attended Phantom — The Las Vegas Spectacular and met the cast, headed by Anthony Crivello, after the show.
Henrie stars as Justin Russo in Disney’s Emmy Award-winning Wizards of Waverly Place, and will appear in the forthcoming movie sequel version of the program. The actor also has a recurring role on the CBS comedy, How I Met Your Mother, and also appeared on That’s So Raven.
