Nancy Opel to Host Abingdon Theatre Company AB*IE Award Presentation

Obie winner and Tony nominee Nancy Opel will host Abingdon Theatre Company’s sixth annual AB*IE Award presentation, to be held at the June Havoc Theatre on Monday, May 21 at 7pm.

The AB*IES celebrate all of the artists who create on Abingdon’s stages.

Opel received a Tony nomination for Urinetown and both an Obie Award and an AB*IE Award for her starring role in John Epperson’s My Deah. She received Drama Desk and Lortel nominations for Polish Joke and Drama Desk, Drama League, Outer Critics Circle, and Lortel nominations for The Toxic Avenger.

The annual AB*IE Award presentation is free and open to the public.No reservation is required.
