TheaterCan, an Israeli theater company, is set to present Ido Bornstein’s Dogs, August 26-24 at the New Ohio Theater, as part of the New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC). Shlomo Plessner will direct.
Dogs is an original production exploring the creation of a play within a play and featuring an all-male Arab-Israeli cast. The result is a comedy that sheds light on the Israeli-Arab conflict from a gender-based perspective.
The cast features Lavi Zytner, Benjamin David Elder, Mahmoud Mora, Rami Kashi, and Hai Maor.
Choreography is by Ronit Ziv and original music is by Galit florentz.
