John Stamos, who will star in the upcoming Broadway revival of Bye Bye Birdie, will participate in a panel presented by X Repertory Theatre at its home on 1581 Industrial Street, in Los Angeles, on June 24 at 7 pm.
The panel will also include producer Neil Meron (Chicago, Hairspray, Footloose), talent manager Danny Sussman (Brillstein Entertainment Partners), talent agent Brandt Joel (Endeavor Agency) and director Andrew Bernstein.They will discuss the business of working in Hollywood, the challenges and potential pitfalls that actors face trying to navigate the entertainment industry, and the vital and collaborative partnerships between actors and their “behind the scenes” team. The event, which will also include an audience Q&A, will be followed by a cocktail reception with silent auction, open to all attendees.
Stamos’ Broadway credits include Cabaret, Nine, and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. His television career includes leading roles on Full Houseand ER.
