The Debate Society is set to present Hannah Bos and Paul Thureen’s Blood Play, October 3-27 at The Bushwick Starr. Oliver Butler will direct.
Set in the tranquil Chicago suburb of Skokie in the early 1950’s while the kids are away on a camping trip, Blood Play is the tale of what happens at a spontaneous grown-up party.
The cast will feature Hannah Bos, Michael Cyril Creighton, Birgit Huppuch, Ronete Levenson, Hanlon Smith-Dorsey, and Paul Thureen.
The design team will include Laura Jellinek (set design), Sydney Maresca (costume design), Mike Riggs (lighting design), and Ben Truppin-Brown (sound design).
