Full Cast, Creative Team Set for Halcyon’s Militant Language

Full cast and creative team information has been announced for Halcyon Theatre’s world premiere production of Sean Christopher Lewis’ Militant Language, to be staged at 4745 N. Kedzie, 2nd Floor. Juan Castañeda will direct.

The play is set in present-day Iraq, and concerns a pair of American soldiers, a missing Iraqi boy, and a baby in the desert, as everyone is brought to question who they are, what they stand for, and where it all went wrong. Halcyon is one of several theaters across the country who are staging the world premiere of this new work.

The cast features Jessica Jane Childs, Adam Dodds, Kamal Hans, Trey Maclin, DeRante
Parker, and Greg Wenz. The creative team includes Tony Adams (set/costumes), Antonio Bruno (sound), and Greg Poljacik (fight choreography).
