Anna Camp — currently starring opposite Daniel Radcliffe in the Broadway production of Equus — will be joining the cast of the HBO series, True Blood, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Camp will join the cast beginning in the second season as series regular Sarah. The cast also includes theater veterans Sam Trammell and Anna Paquin, who recently picked up a Satellite Award for her work in the show.
Camp also appeared in the Broadway revival of The Country Girl, and received a Lucille Lortel Award nomination for her work in The Scene. Additional New York theater credits include columbinus, Flesh and the Desert, and God Hates the Irish. Her film and television credits include Pretty, And Then Came Love, Cashmere Mafia, and Reinventing the Wheelers.
