Thom Sesma and Sally Ann Triplett joined the cast of the Tooting Arts Club's immersive production of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street on February 27. Taking on the roles of Sweeney Todd and Mrs. Lovett, the pair replace Hugh Panaro and Carolee Carmello as the show's leading duo. The current cast also includes Stacie Bono (Pirelli and Beggar Woman), Michael James Leslie (Judge Turpin), Zachary Noah Piser (Tobias), John Rapson (The Beadle), Billy Harrigan Tighe (Anthony), and DeLaney Westfall (Johanna), with Matt Leisy, Liz Pearce, Danny Rothman, and Monet Sabel.

This production of Sweeney Todd comes to Manhattan following sold-out runs in London, where the show debuted in Harrington's Pie and Mash Shop, the oldest continuously operating pie shop in Britain. Directed by Bill Buckhurst, the musical is set in a working pie-shop environment re-created at the Barrow Street Theatre.
