Jermyn Street Theatre has announced casting for Charles Morgan’s The River Line, to run October 4 – October 29. Anthony Biggs will direct the production, which will have designs by Rhiannon Newman Brown, lighting design by David W.Kidd, and sound design by Phil Hewitt.
The show looks at a group of downed, allied pilots in occupied France in 1943 hiding from the Nazis in the granary of a farmhouse owned by a member of the resistance.
The company will feature Charlie Bewley (Major John Lang (Heron)), Lydia Rose Bewley (Valerie Barton), Alex Felton (Dick Frewer), Christopher Fulford (Commander Julian Wyburton), Dave Hill (Pierre Chassaigne), Edmund Kingsley (Philip Sturgess), Eileen Page (Mrs Muriven), and Lyne Renee (Marie Chassaigne).
