Broadway's Hadestown has announced its rush, standing room, and lottery policies ahead of its first preview on March 22 at the Walter Kerr Theatre.
General rush tickets will be made available starting with the first preview, priced at $42.50. Subject to availability, tickets will go on sale when the box office opens on the day of the show. A digital lottery will also begin with the first performance, with tickets also priced at $42.50. Tickets are limited to two per person.
The standing room policy will begin immediately following the show's opening night. Priced at $39, they will be available only if the day's performance is sold out.
Written by Anaïs Mitchell and directed by Rachel Chavkin, Hadestown opens April 17. The principal company is led by Reeve Carney, André De Shields, Amber Gray, Eva Noblezada, and Patrick Page, with a cast that includes Jewelle Blackman, Yvette Gonzalez-Nacer, Kay Trinidad, Afra Hines, Timothy Hughes, John Krause, Kimberly Marable, Ahmad Simmons, Malcolm Armwood, T. Oliver Reid, Jessie Shelton, and Khaila Wilcoxon.
