Rosemary Harris and the Cast of Off-Broadway's Indian Ink Meet the Press

Tom Stoppard’s drama is directed by Carey Perloff.

The cast members of Roundabout Theatre Company's upcoming production of Tom Stoppard's Indian Ink met the press at their rehearsal studio on August 20. The drama is directed by Carey Perloff at the Laura Pels Theatre.

Stoppard's drama will star Tony Award winner Rosemary Harris (The Road to Mecca) as Eleanor Swan, an Englishwoman trying to preserve the legacy of her poet sister who traveled through India in the 1930s. Joining Harris are Romola Garai as Flora Crewe, Firdous Bamji as Nikrad Das, Bill Buell as Englishman, Nick Choksi as Dilip, Neal Huff as Eldon Pike, Caroline Lagerfelt as Englishwoman, Omar Maskati as Nazrul, Tim McGeever as Resident, Brenda Meaney as Nell, Philip Mills as Eric, Ajay Naidu as Coomaraswami, Bhavesh Patel as Anish Das, Lee Aaron Rosen as David Durance, and Rajeev Varma as Rajah/Politican.

Indian Ink will begin performances September 4 and officially open September 30.
