HBO’s The Special Relationship With Hope Davis, Michael Sheen, et al. to Air May 29

HBO’s new film The Special Relationship, revolving around the turbulent political relationship in the 1990s between British Prime Minister Tony Blair and President Bill Clinton, will have its television premiere on May 29, according to Variety.

The film is directed by Richard Loncraine and features a script by Peter Morgan, author of The Queen and Frost/Nixon.

It will star Hope Davis as Hillary Clinton, Dennis Quaid as Bill Clinton, and Michael Sheen and Helen McCrory as Tony and Cherie Blair, respectively.
