Broadway's Les Misérables will celebrate the upcoming 30th Anniversary of the show’s original and still-running London production with a special Fan Day on Broadway on October 6 at the Imperial Theatre with a "2-4-$60.01" ticket offer.

For one day, fans will have the opportunity to purchase two tickets for $60.01 at the box office. Fan Day will also include a photo booth in the lobby, special contest offers, and promotional item giveaways.

Les Misérables originally opened in London at the Barbican Theatre on October 8, 1985. On December 4, the production transferred to the Palace Theatre where it ran for 19 years before moving on April 3, 2004, to its current home at the Queen’s Theatre, where it has already played for 11 years. When Les Misérables celebrated its 21st London birthday on October 8, 2006, it became the world’s longest-running musical, surpassing the record previously held by Cats in London’s West End.

Based on Victor Hugo's classic novel, Les Misérables is written by Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg. The show features music by Claude-Michel Schönberg, lyrics by Herbert Kretzmer and original French text by Alain Boublil and Jean-Marc Natel, original adaption by Trevor Nunn and John Caird and additional material by James Fenton. Broadway's Les Misérables, now in its second year, plays at the Imperial Theatre.
