Jack Cutmore-Scott, Sandra Shipley, et al. Set for Joe Orton’s Entertaining Mr. Sloane

Casting has been announced for the Publick Theatre’s revival of Joe Orton’s Entertaining Mr. Sloane, to run March 11 – April 3 at the Plaza Theatre at the Boston Center for the Arts. Eric Engel will direct the production.

Orton’s dark comedy focuses on what happens when a charmingly enigmatic man rents a room from a lonely and delusition woman. The company will feature Jack Cutmore-Scott (Sloane), Sandra Shipley (Kath), Dafydd Rees (Kemp), and Nigel Gore (Ed).

The creative team will include Dahlia Al-Habieli (scenic design), Kenneth Helvig (lighting desgin), Molly Trainer (costume design), and John Doerschuk (sound design).
