Graham Rowat, Myra Lucretia Taylor, Rachel York, et al. Set for Barrington Stage's 2011 Season logo

Barrington Stage Company has announced additional casting for its 2011 season.

Gretchen Egolf and Myra Lucretia Taylor will star in Lee Blessing's Going to St. Ives (June 22 - July 9). Tyler Marchant will direct this play about two women who find their lives surprisingly intersecting.

Mark St. Germain's adaptation of Osha Gray Davidson's The Best of Enemies (July 21 - August 6), which centers on the real-life relationship between C.P. Ellis (a Grand Cyclops of the KKK) and Ann Atwater (a civil rights black activist) during the desegregation of the Durham, NC schools in 1971, will feature John Bedford Lloyd, Aisha Hinds, Clifton Duncan, and Susan Wands under the direction of Julianne Boyd.

Boyd will also direct Megan Cavallari, Amy Powers and David Topchik's The Game (August 11-28), a musical based on the 18th century scandalous novel Les Liaisons Dangereuses. The production will feature Rachel York (Marquise de Merteuil), Graham Rowat (Valmont), Heather Ayers (Madame de Tourvel), Joy Franz (Madame de Rosemonde) and Christianne Tisdale (Madame de Volanges).

The theater's production of My Name is Asher Lev (August 18 - September 4), directed by Aaron Posner, who has adapted the piece from Chaim Potok's book about a young Jewish painter torn between his Hasidic upbringing and his need to fulfill his artistic promise, will feature Dan Cantor, Adam Green and Renata Friedman.
