Gala Theatre to Postpone I put the fear of Mexico in ’em

Gala Theatre has announced that it must postpone its production of I put the fear of Mexico in ’em, which had been set to run April 11-29, due to underfunding, according to The Washington Post.

I put the fear of Mexico in ’em is the humorous tale of Jonah and Adray, who are accosted by a Mexican couple when they stumble off the beaten path while in Tijuana. The play is postponed because Gala has lost some if its public funding.

In place of the play, Gala will present three productions including Five hours with Mario, Occupy GALA, and Puro Tango.
