American Stage Theatre Company Announces Hot Off the Presses Reading Series

American Stage Theatre Company has announced the shows that will be part of Hot Off the Presses, the company's new play development reading series. All readings will be free and open to the public.

Readings will include Rob Hartmann and Todd Olson's The Hurricane Brothers (December 7), a musical that looks at two brothers working at the Galveston Weather Bureau in 1900; Mark E. Leib's chronicle of four college roommates reuniting after 30 years, Four Middle-Aged Jewish Men Discuss Love, Death and the Inescapable Presence of God (December 14); and T. Scott Wooten's look at some artists working together in tough times, Roadhouse That Could (January 4).
