Joe DiPietro Set for Art of Murder Talkback

Joe DiPietro is set for a talkback session after the April 8 performance of The Art of Murder, one of his latest works currently running at Florida Repertory Theatre, March 20-April 12.

This Edgar Award-winning murder mystery thriller delves into the dangerous side of the art world, and tells the story of one eccentric painter who has plans to dispose of his crooked art dealer.

DiPietro is best known for writing the book and lyrics for I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change. He has written two new musicals with David Bryan of Bon Jovi: Memphis and The Toxic Avenger , and is also the author of The Thing About Men, All Shook Up, F***king Men, and Over the River and Through the Woods.

Florida Rep will also present The Last Romance this season, another of DiPietro’s new works, set to play April 24-May 17.
