Al Pacino Set for One Night Only at Seattle’s Paramount Theatre

Stage and screen star Al Pacino will come to Seattle’s Paramount Theatre for Pacino: One Night Only, presented by Seattle Theatre Group and the 37th Seattle International Film Festival on Saturday, June 11 at 8pm.

The evening will feature Pacino discussing his passion for acting and directing and sharing backstage tales from a lifetime in the world of theatre and film. It will also include never-seen-before film clips and an audience question and answer session.

Pacino recently starred on Broadway as Shylock in The Merchant of Venice. He is a two-time Tony Award winner for his work in Does a Tiger Wear a Necktie? and The Basic Training of Pavlo Hummel. His other Broadway appearances include American Buffalo, Hughie, and Salome.

He is an eight-time Oscar nominee, winning for Scent of a Woman. His many films include The Godfather trilogy, Dog Day Afternoon, Glengarry Glen Ross, and Frankie and Johnny, and he won the Emmy Award for his portrayal of Roy Cohn in HBO’s miniseries version of Angels in America.
