Marin Theatre Company Announces Cast for Magic Forest Farm

Casting has been announced for Marin Theatre Company’s world premiere production of Zayd Dohrn’s Magic Forest Farm, to run April 22-May 17, with an opening on April 26. Ryan Rilette will direct.

This coming-of-age story is set in 1989, and tells the story of 17-year-old Allegra, who is beginning to piece together the swirling memories of her early years in the beautiful woods of Northern California on a mystical commune called Magic Forest Farm. The play won the first annual Sky Cooper New American Play Prize in 2008.

The cast will include Julia Brothers (Eleanor), Anna Bullard (Swan), David Cramer (Gabby), Avery Monsen (Ben), Laura Morache (Allegra), and Robert Sicular (Marvin).
