Stern Grove Festival, the country's longest running admission-free outdoor music festival, has announced the season it has planned to celebrate its 75th anniversary.

The celebration will include The San Francisco Symphony, which performed the first-ever concert at the Grove, performing Beethoven's triumphant Symphony No. 9 on July 8 and a performance by the popular contemporary indie rock band OK Go, to conclude the season.

Also marking this milestone, Stern Grove Festival will inaugurate The Big Picnic, An Opening Day Benefit and Concert to kick off the summer season. Details on the headliner as well as the rest of the artists performing this season will be announced at a later date.
