The Broadway Dreams Foundation has added an additional performance of its True Colors concert, to be held at Philadelphia’s Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts’ Merriam Theater. In addition to the sold-out 7:30pm evening performance on Saturday, August 6, there will also be a 2pm matinee.

As previously reported, the concert will feature Philadelphia-area youth who participated in a week-long Summer Performing Arts Intensive, alongside their instructors, who include
Titus Burgess, Paul Canaan, Quentin Earl Darrington, Jarrod Emick, Eden Espinosa, Tyler Hanes, James Kinney, and Andrea McArdle.

Among the concert selections will be tunes from Annie including “Tomorrow,” “Maybe,” “Hard Knock Life” and “Little Girls,” that will be sung by the students and original Annie star and Philadelphia native, McArdle.

The concert will also feature theatrical director and producer Richard Jay Alexander and BDF Co-Founder & celebrity vocal coach Dave Barrus, who are also part of the BDF faculty.
